Our goal is to get you meditating
To that end, our main course is a comprehensive Introduction to Meditation.
Even within the world of meditation there are different groups that can be fervent that their meditation style is better than another meditation style.
We are agnostic on the subject and believe that every style has benefits. In our Introduction to Meditation we explore three different types of meditation with lots of variations within those techniques.
We believe that once you have a broad understanding and experience of the different types, you can then decide what you want to pursue as the best form of meditation for you.
We used to run this series with twelve classes meeting once a week for three months. During COVID we put this series online and accompanied it with daily meditations.
Nowadays we tend to run this as a series of eight weeks, still looking at three different types, but going into slightly less detail. Our newest version of that is running online in January and February 2025.
In 2019 we ran a five week course just focussed on meditations of the heart. This was set up as an experiment and a challenge, to see what it would look like if we spent a month doing this powerful practice. The sessions were done in person in St Peter’s Episcopal Church in Morristown and were recorded on video.

2025 Live and Online Introduction to Meditation
From January 8th through February 26th, 2025 we hosted our 8 week series online.
The series consists of eight weekly classes supported by fifty-six daily meditations.
8 Week Introduction to Meditation – Audio
The slightly more compact version of the introduction we’ve been running since 2022.
In 2023 we recorded the audio from the series.

12 Week Introduction to Meditation – Video
In 2020, COVID helped nudge us online and we delivered this three month series live via YouTube during lockdown. In addition to the twelve classes there were also daily meditations recorded.
5 Week Compassion Experiment
Up for a challenge? In 2018 we set out to see what a month of meditations of the heart would do.
Extraordinarily rewarding, but not without challenges along the way, you can join this experiment and try it yourself.
The five video classes are available HERE.
